Tech Mahindra Interview Experience | Set 9

I participated in Tech Mahindra's on-campus recruitment drive, which consisted of five rigorous rounds. Here’s my detailed experience of the process.

Round 1: Aptitude Test

The first round tested problem-solving and analytical skills. It included sections on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. I prepared by revisiting basic mathematics, solving logical puzzles, and practicing reading comprehension exercises.

Round 2: Essay Writing

The second round involved writing an essay on a given topic within a limited time. This round assessed my ability to structure ideas clearly and present them in a coherent manner.

Round 3: Coding and Computer Science MCQs

The third round combined coding tasks with multiple-choice questions on computer science fundamentals. The coding challenges tested programming abilities, while the MCQs covered topics like data structures, algorithms, databases, and operating systems.

Round 4: Communication Round

The fourth round was an online communication assessment. An AI bot conducted the test, focusing on spoken English proficiency, clarity of articulation, and confidence during communication.

Round 5: Technical and HR Interview

The final round included both technical and HR interviews. The technical interview concentrated on core concepts from my field of study, while the HR interview explored my personality traits and cultural fit for the company.
