Roles and Responsibilities
1. Automotive Software Development
- Develop advanced software solutions for infotainment, navigation, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Perform system-level integration and validation of hardware and software.
2. Cybersecurity & Java Full-Stack Development
- Create secure and scalable applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Identify system vulnerabilities and develop robust, user-friendly solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and graduation (or CGPA of 6.0 or above).
- Graduation from approved streams:
- Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automotive, CSE, ECE, IT, or Cybersecurity.
Additional Requirements
- Graduation Year: 2023 or 2024.
- Maximum of 1 active backlog (must be cleared before the 8th semester).
- Up to 3 years of education gap is allowed.
- Graduation must be completed within 4 years.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold a valid PIO/OCI card.
Selection Process
1. Online Assessment (128 Minutes)
- Aptitude Test (48 Minutes): Logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal skills.
- Essay Writing (20 Minutes): Evaluate written communication and coherence.
- Programming Test (60 Minutes): Solve two coding challenges using Java, C, C++, or Python.
2. Group Discussion
- Assess communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
3. HR Discussion
- Discuss role expectations, career goals, and alignment with the company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: ₹3.50 LPA.
- Additional Bonuses: ₹25,000 after six months and milestone-based incentives.
